The product provides a “Conversation Cloud Platform” integrated with WhatsApp Business, allowing customers to store, manipulate, analyze, and transfer messages between their business systems and their customers across various Shopaver’s provided and third-party messaging channels (the "Service"). Shopaver sends messages to the Cloud API, where the messages are temporarily stored before being transmitted to the WhatsApp platform. The Cloud API temporarily holds the messages for any necessary transmissions. After 30 days, WhatsApp messages are automatically deleted. The Client acknowledges that, in the provision of services under this Agreement, data localization for WhatsApp infrastructure is not offered by the Company. Any data shared with or obtained by the Company in the process of providing WhatsApp messaging services will not be subject to data localization. Shopaver is committed to protecting Personal Data, including data we process for our own purposes and data we maintain on behalf of our clients.
Periodically, we take backups of your data on the Shopaver App stored in our cloud database. This is done to ensure that users can retrieve their data if their phone's data becomes inaccessible, lost, or if they switch to a new device. These backups also enable us to provide insights and information regarding user spending habits, such as weekly expenditures within a month, behavioral insights related to spending, and other useful data related to user spending patterns.
